Welcome to the Sheffield South City Learning Centre Blog.
City Learning Centres (CLCs) are located throughout the urban areas of the country, each with the remit to enhance teaching and learning through the creative and innovative use of technology. The first centres opened in 2000, with the others following over the next couple of years.
In Sheffield, the CLCs have become part of the city-wide E-Learning Team, with bases at CLC South, North and East. Sheffield South City Learning Centre is based on the site of Newfield School in the south of the city. For a navigable map of our location, click here. Our full address is:
